R. Gavin Worthy

Prior to co-founding and serving as President & Chief Executive Officer of Efficient Hauling Systems LP, Mr. Worthy began his career at Metro Financial Services, a national financial services company. During this 13 year period, Mr. Worthy served in numerous capacities including business development, credit underwriting, project management, internal financial management, culminating with his appointment as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

In the spring of 2005, Mr. Worthy sold his interest in Metro Financial Services. In exchange, he acquired a limited partnership interest in a newly formed venture designed to maximize the opportunity generated from the combination of Metro’s operational assets and the capital provided by a New York based private equity firm. To assist with the transition, Mr. Worthy agreed to remain with the new company for at least twelve months and continued his role as the company’s top financial officer and strategic advisor. In February 2006, Mr. Worthy sold his limited partnership interest back to the company in order to begin his own private equity and financial & management consulting firms, RGM Capital Partners and Renaissance Global Management, LLC. Through these initiatives, Mr. Worthy was introduced to a manufacturing organization that would later serve as the cornerstone of the creation that has become Efficient Hauling Systems LP.

In addition to his professional career, Mr. Worthy just recently finished serving a two-year term as the chairman of the Entrepreneurial Finance & Factoring committee of the Commercial Finance Association. This committee represents over 120 member companies within the United States largest commercial finance & asset based lending trade association.

Outside the world of commercial finance, Mr. Worthy served 18 months as a commissioner on the Environmental Health Commission for the City of Dallas, as well as being an active participant in numerous civic and community programs. Mr. Worthy earned his BBA in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
